Best ways to Design your Life for Success

Success is your right and trusts me no one can take it away from you if you are determined it is only you who can steal the success from you.

No one wants to be a failure, no one wants to be mediocre, no one wants to be a person who could not have achieved anything in his life.

And as we know success is our right,

 How many people do you know who got the success?

how many people you are in touch with who have achieved their desired goal or how many people in your locality become a successful person in his life.

To be honest the answer will be very few.


as success is our rights. It involves a cost.

What are those costs?

So here we are going to discuss some tested tools to help us to design our lives so that we can achieve success.

I’m not going to tell you that this is the only way to achieve success but this is something that I tried myself and got the result and I am sharing my own experience and hoping it will help you to get the best result out of it.


When it comes to designing life which will lead to success, something pops up in my mind. If you want changes, the first thing you need to do is to change your environment.

 The environment within you and the environment surrounding you.

Internal Environment

What do I mean by the environment within you?

The environment within you is meant by your internal environment, your inner world, your mind and your body.

This is the major point where people don’t wanna look for. It is missing most of the time from our to-do list while preparing the so-called life-changing lists. No one wants to question himself. Instead, blaming games is popular for years.

Please stop it now!

Your mind, your body is your equipment and do you want someone else to drive it until you meet with an accident so that you can blame others?

But are you benefiting with all these?

Certainly not at all.

Be responsible and accountable.

Your mind

The first part starts with your mind and you should have the right mindset.

The clarity in vision.

A meaningful life is much more important than a false happy life. You must know where you are going and how long it will take?

It all starts with a conversation with your mind.

The way you are communicating with your mind.  Are you limiting your abilities by instructing your mind with negative words such as

You can’t do this

You’re not competent.

This is really a tough task

You are not smart enough.

In fact, these excuses will not be helpful to become the best version of yourself. Rather it will pull down your positive image and make you remain as you are.


You are feeding your mind with positive words by the way you are communicating.

Such as.

You are smart enough.

It’s ok to fail, Start fresh.

You are a genius.

You are special.

In this way, you can activate your confidence which is the first step toward a positive mindset.

The second thing is about the diet of your mind. It will always be fun and enjoyable to watch Netflix, YouTube, Sit with Idiot box, Songs, Movies there is a long list of junks available.

Recent research from the Harvard School of Public Health (HSPH) found that watching more than two hours of TV daily was linked to an increased risk of type 2 diabetes and heart disease, and more than three hours of daily watching increased the risk of premature death. 

So decide now what do you want?

Instead, reading books, blogs, and listening to podcasts are the habits of successful people.

These mental exercises have several benefits as such

  • Knowledge.
  • Memory Improvement.
  • Improved Focus and Concentration.
  • Stress Reduction.
  • Stronger Analytical Thinking Skills.
  • Learning from the best minds of the world.
  • Always learning something new.

And so on.

Your Body

Your body is like the vehicle where you onboard for a journey of success. So it is your primary duty to maintain your vehicle. If you are targeting a long journey or on the road of a mountain with insufficient fuel, rough tyres. 

What are the chances to reach your destination?



Or even less than. I bet it is going to be a waste of time & energy.

As your body is equally important as your mind.

So the question is what are you doing to maintain your health?

Are you sleeping at least 8 hours a day?

One of the ill effects of short sleeping is linked to obesity. In one extensive review study, children and adults with short sleep duration were 89% and 55% more likely to become fat respectively. Good sleep improves your concentration and productivity.

Providing the right food for your body?

Food is the third most important part of life just after air and water.

Food by and large contains sugars, proteins, fats as real parts. What’s more, minerals, nutrients and follow elements as minor parts. These segments are helpful professionally to support well-being. This food we eat is like grains, beats, natural products, vegetables, oils, meat, and so on.

In spite of the very fact that we realize the food is critical and expend it in day by day life, its different jobs within the body are very fascinating and worth perusing.

Above all are Internal Environment and action steps to get a healthier mind and body.

Which widely important and plays a significant role in designing a life for success.

Now let’s discuss a bit about External Environment that plays an equal role in order to build habits which will lead to a successful life.

External Environment

When we talk about the External Environment it defines our surroundings.

Our family, Friends, Relatives, Society, Co-workers and People we meet on a daily basis.

They help us to promote our brain health, deal with stress and so on… 

But what if we are surrounded by Negative peoples.

How likely they are helpful to accomplish your task. They pull down your confidence with negative feedback on ideas you shares. Disassociating with those is becoming a must to maintain your surrounding. 

Now we are living in the digital age and with the help of internet it much easier now to reach out people likewise your interest to support you, to motivate you and to hold your hand to the success. You can build your community and also choose the mentors to learn from


In order to see the different result in life, you will have to become a different person.

Positive changes bring positive results.

 your Internal and External environments are keys to open the door of success.

It’s your life and one right decision might change your personality.

Furthermore, A meaningful life is more important than a false happy life.
